Collection of Cheque at the Agent Bank

In view of the development of local pandemic situation, the Agent Bank (i.e. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited) of the CCF “One-off Allowance for New Arrivals from Low-income Families” Programme has adjusted the business hours or suspended the services of some branches until further notice. Applicants are advised to contact the customer service hotline of the Agent Bank at (852) 3988 2388 for the updated arrangement before proceeding to the chosen branch for cheque collection.
