Donation Methods
Donors can make donations to the Community Care Fund through the following channels -
Direct deposit/transfer at banks, or transfer via Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) or the Internet, into one of the following bank accounts under the name of “Community Care Fund” -
(i) Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited account number “012-875-00451480”; or
(ii) The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited account number “004-848-027256-001”.
Make cheques payable to “Community Care Fund” and send them to the Secretariat, Community Care Fund (Address: 4/F, Southorn Centre, 130 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong) or deposit them into the above bank accounts.
Issue of Receipts and Tax Deduction
Tax deduction may be granted to donations made to the Community Care Fund. Receipts issued by the Secretariat, the Community Care Fund may be used for tax deduction purposes. Donors wishing to obtain official receipts may complete the attached receipt requisition form and send it, together with the original bank pay-in slip, the original ATM receipt or Internet transfer record*, to the Secretariat, Community Care Fund (Address: 4/F, Southorn Centre, 130 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong).
*Pay-in slip, ATM receipt or transfer record is not required in case of sending cheques to the Secretariat, Community Care Fund.
